a juried show and sale of local Niagara region artists.
Enjoy the talented works of many well known, established artists and discover some new talent
in our "Emerging Student Artist" section. There's something to suit every taste and style!
This 3 day event kicks off Friday June 4th with a Gala Reception indoors and continues with
Two Full Days of Artists Exhibits, Music, Poetry and a Strawberry Social all on the beautiful
grounds of the stunning Mount Carmel Spiritual Centre over looking the mighty Niagara Falls.
Friday night, Mount Carmel is also holding their 2nd annual Gala Dinner and Concent featuring
the jazz of "Accordion Crimes". See ABOUT US tab for details.
2010 Show Highlights...
Who we are...
is a not-for-profit organization that is a group of creative artists and citizens that have come together to serve the voice of the arts in public conversation.
In our quest to support and promote the arts, we have created Art in the Mist, as our signature event to give a venue for artists of all talents, visual, musical, poetic and the like, giving them an opportunity to showcase and sell their works, as well as gain exposure to the public.
Our goal is to grow this event in the years to come to include children artists, workshops and seminars, plein air painters, culinary arts, vendors for artist supplies, outdoor theatre and more!
We hope you will enjoy this show and join with us in celebrating what a truly wonderful and diverse community of the arts that we are.
New members of any age always welcome.
